The students of St. Kuriakose Public School Kaduthuruthy celebrated Gandhi Jayanti in a disciplined and structured way. The program was organised by class 9A. Sarah Tony and Alphi Robins were the anchors of the programme. Devika Prakashan delivered a speech on the life of Mahatma Gandhi concentrating on his contribution to the freedom struggle. The famous patriotic song ‘Teri Metti‘ was sung by Daze and his team. After the patriotic song, a documentary about the life of Mahatma Gandhi was shown by Vishnu N Nair. It was followed by the synchronised dance movements of Isabel and her team. Leon Lijo enacted the role of Gandhiji on the stage. The programme was a huge success and principal Fr. Joby Kurian Pannoorayil appreciated the students of class 9 A and their class teacher Ms Maya G Nair for their determination and hard work.
