The much-awaited school reopening day was held on 3rd June, 2024. The programme commenced with a heartfelt prayer song which set a positive tone for the day. The beautifully choreographed welcome dance performed by the talented students after the prayer song, added a touch of grace and vibrancy to the function. Rev. Dr. Bino Cheriyil OSB, Prior, Vallombrosan Benedictine Congregation and Executive Director, extended a warm welcome to the guests, faculty and students and motivated everyone with his words of inspiration and insight. Fr. Ajeesh Jose OSB, the Principal, with a sense of pride and accomplishment, presented a comprehensive analysis of the previous year’s remarkable results. The day was blessed with the presence of the esteemed guest of the day, Dr. M V Bijulal, Research scholar and Assistant professor, School of International Relations and Politics. The chief guest inaugurated the formal proceedings and unveiled the logo of the new academic year with the theme ‘Disciplina Pacis’. The chief guest’s words of wisdom and encouragement served as a beacon of inspiration to all. Mr. Francis K A, the administrator and Academic Director, honored the unwavering commitment and invaluable contribution of the two retiring teachers, Mr. Sasikumar and Mr. Baboo Paul. As a gesture of profound appreciation, Rev. Dr. Bino gave them the mementos. Both the teachers came to the podium and shared their memories and bygone days in the school. PTA President, Ms. Jenny Robin gave the felicitation. Mr. Babu Joseph, the Vice Principal, delivered the vote of thanks. The conclusion of the official event marked the beginning of the cultural events. Vibrant dance performances and melodious songs by the students and teachers’ programme on the stage made the reopening day, a grand event.
