SCHOOL PARLIAMENT ELECTION REPORT

ELECTION DATES:

The school parliament election for the academic year 2025-26 was held from June 16 to June 23. A total of 6 candidates contested for 2 posts: School Head Boy and School Head Girl.

CANDIDATE DETAILS:

– 2 male candidates for School Head Boy post: Master Daze Jenson (Class XIIA) and Master Adhil Muhammed (Class XIA).
– 4 female candidates for School Head Girl post: Kumari Rose Robin (Class XIIB), Kumari Lauren Renil (Class XIIB), Kumari Ansa Sam (Class XIID), and Kumari Laya Maria Biju (Class XIA).

ELECTION PROCESS:

– Candidates were announced on June 17.
– Campaigning was conducted on June 18 and 19.
– Silent campaigning and the “Meet the Candidate” program were held on June 20 in the school auditorium, which included a question session and a demo session on “How to Vote.”

ELECTION DAY:

– Voting took place on June 23 (Monday) from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM.
– A total of 888 voters cast their votes, with 887 valid votes and 1 invalid vote.

RESULTS:

– School Head Boy: Master Daze Jenson (Class XIIA) won with 718 votes, securing a lead of 549 votes over Master Adhil Muhammed Class XIA (169 votes).
– School Head Girl: Kumari Rose Robin (Class XIIB) won with 324 votes, securing a lead of 45 votes over Kumari Lauren Renil of Class XIIB (279 votes). Kumari Ansa Sam of Class XIID secured 187 votes, and Kumari Laya Maria Biju of Class XIA secured 97 votes.

FINAL RESULTS:

The final results announced by the Principal through the PA system at 3:10 PM on June 23 are as follows:

– School Head Boy for the academic year 2025-26: Master Daze Jenson of Class 12A.
– School Head Girl for the academic year 2025-26: Kumari Rose Robin of Class 12B.
